We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Officer-in-Charge (OIC) to lead our branch operations and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, manage sales performance, and foster strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Lead sales activities, monitor performance, and achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Prepare and analyze End-of-Day (EOD), Month-to-Date (MTD), and Year-to-Date (YTD) reports.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales partners, new clients, and existing clients.
  • Generate leads and expand the customer base through agents and referral partners.
  • Conduct product training and presentations for agency partners and agents.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and improve performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, branch operations, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
