Marketing Team

Develops and implements marketing strategies, manages campaigns, and analyzes market trends to promote products or services.
They work with other departments to achieve marketing objectives and enhance brand awareness.

Key responsibilities include creating marketing materials, organizing events for Loan Advisors and Loan Agencies, and monitoring campaign performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Planning, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, etc.).
  • Monitoring market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Developing marketing materials such as brochures, website content, and social media posts.
  • Organizing and participating in promotional events and activities for Loan Advisors and Loan Agencies and other activities.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance using key metrics and reporting on results.
  • Collaborating with managers to prepare and monitor marketing budgets.
  • Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential clients.
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a sales role, preferably with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns and events.
  • Ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and content.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
