Sales and Administrative Department

The Sales/Admin Intern will provide support to the Sales and Administrative team by assisting in document management, data encoding, and basic office tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and eager to gain hands-on experience in office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scanning, filing, and organizing documents
  • Perform data encoding/entry accurately and in a timely manner
  • Receive and sort incoming documents (physical and digital)
  • Check documents for completeness and proper formatting
  • Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping systems
  • Support the Sales team in administrative tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality of all handled documents
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant course (e.g., Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field)
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word) is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Willing to learn and can follow instructions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
