Job Summary
The HR and Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions and administrative operations of the organization. This role ensures effective talent management, employee engagement, compliance with labor laws, and efficient office administration to support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resources Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, hiring, onboarding)
  • Manage employee lifecycle (regularization, promotion, transfer, offboarding)
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure accurate payroll coordination and timekeeping validation
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Lead performance management processes and appraisal systems
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)

2. Administrative Management

  • Oversee office operations, facilities management, and workplace safety
  • Manage company assets, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Supervise administrative staff and support functions
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping
  • Handle travel arrangements, events, and company activities
  • Monitor budget for administrative expenses and cost control

3. Employee Engagement & Organizational Development

  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs and company events
  • Drive organizational culture and employee satisfaction initiatives
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning & development programs
  • Support leadership in succession planning and workforce planning

4. Compliance and Governance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct
  • Handle legal documentation, notices, and case management
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company records

5. Reporting and Strategic Support

  • Prepare HR and admin reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.)
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management
  • Support business continuity planning (BIA, risk management for HR/Admin)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR and Administrative roles, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial position
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in handling employee relations and case management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
