Sales Associate – Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the proper routing, filing, and monitoring of all departmental documents.
  • Reviews and verifies loan application documents to ensure completeness and compliance with company requirements.
  • Processes insurance applications and facilitates loan releases for Head Office accounts.
  • Prepares reports and other documents for internal reference and management.
  • Accurately encodes transaction turn-ins into the MIS and CRM systems.
  • Transmits loan release documents (Brown Envelope) and released account requirements (Green Folder) to the Compliance Associate.
  • Coordinates the notarization of Promissory Notes (PNs).
  • Monitors and follows up on incomplete or pending documents related to loan applications and turn-ins.
  • Assist sales partners by monitoring account progress and providing timely status updates.
  • Handles client inquiries and provides accurate, professional, and timely responses.
  • Assists in loan releasing activities, including printing post-dated checks (PDCs) and sending insurance documents via email.
  • Scans, organizes, and maintains digital copies of PDCs and other loan-related documents.
  • Routes complete loan documents to the Accounting Department for loan disbursement.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Perform other duties and special assignments as may be assigned by the Sales Assistant Manager and/or DCSC Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in administrative support, loan processing, sales support, or a related function is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of loan documentation, insurance processing, and office procedures is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Experience using CRM, MIS, or similar business systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a strong customer service orientation.
